Varanasi: Muslim women in Lucknow's Varanasi came out on streets to campaign for Prime Minister Narendra Modi as well as to thank him for criminalising triple talaq.
Muslim women in Varanasi support PM Modi Hailing Modi government for bringing stringent law against triple talaq the Muslim women raised slogan "Modi Khuda ka Noor hai, Bharat ka Kohinoor hai."
They said they want to see Modi as the Prime Minister once again.
Huma, a Muslim woman participating in the campaign, said they expect Modi govt to take action against Nikah Halala as well.
