Asia’s tallest person struggles to find suitable match

Asia’s tallest person Dharmendra Pratap Singh is struggling to find a suitable partner due to his height. Singh has also requested Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for financial help.

Pratapgarh(Uttar Pradesh): Asia’s tallest person Dharmendra Pratap Singh, resident of Narharpur Kasiyahi in Pratapgarh district of Uttar Pradesh has a name and fame, but he is not able to find a life partner for marriage due to his height.

After the lockdown, Dharmendra is living a life in poverty. None of the wedding proposals worked out due to his height, which has left him distraught.

Dharmendra says that he has now crossed the age of marriage. When he was keen for marriage and there were proposals as well, his height became an issue. Till date, he has not come across a girl tall enough to marry him.

Dharmendra Pratap Singh suffered a setback when he got both of his knees damaged in an incident. He requested Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for some help, but he has not yet got any.

He expresses his gratitude to the media for doing stories on his plight after which a hospital in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, treated him without charging any cost.

The height of Dharmendra Singh has brought many troubles to him. There is no slipper, which can fit his leg, available in the market. In such a situation, he gets slippers made on his own. A cobbler, known to him, makes his slippers. He is based in Lucknow. Nine meters of clothes are required to stitch his kurta and pyjama. If the tailor has problems in taking the measurement, then another tailor, who has his measurement details, helps him in getting his dress stitched.

He says that he is the tallest person in India. No one is ready to marry him due to his height. Similarly, he cannot step out and move publicly due to the pandemic.

The tallest man insists he can get the job from the Yogi government and can be utilized for spreading awareness about different welfare schemes and also for the publicity of other government schemes, which will help him address his economic problems.
