Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu): The Q branch of Tamil Nadu police on Wednesday arrested the 28-year-old Karnataka based Maoist leader Shrimathi alias Sangitha from Coimbatore.
Following the recent Maoist attacks in the adjoining areas of Kerala, Tamilnadu and Karnataka, police have conducted several raids across the sensitive regions.

As a result, police have managed to nab Maoist leaders Deepak and then Shrimathi.
Sources revealed that Shrimathi will be taken to Erode city for further investigation.
