Jaipur: A video of a young man being stripped naked and beaten up by locals for uploading a tik-tok video with a woman in Rajasthan's Jaipur is going viral on social media.
According to reports, the incident took place on Saturday in which the man was beaten up and forced to roam in the locality naked under the Jawahar Nagar police station limits.
The events which lead to the incident are that, initially, a tik-tok video uploaded by the young man with the woman went viral on social media. Soon, the woman's brother came across the video and subsequently, carried out the aforementioned act along with his friends.
Apparently, the man was then forced to roam naked in the locality while the villagers acted like mere spectators. Meanwhile, the whole act was filmed and uploaded on social media.
"Initially, both the groups were arrested by the police for being involved in a scuffle and breaching peace in the area. The victim has lodged a complaint against the group in connection with the case at the police station. Meanwhile, the other group has also registered a complaint against the man for molesting a girl of the area," said, Jaipur's Superintendent of Police Pushpendra Singh.
However, talks are being held between the two groups to resolve the matter but the case continues to remain under police investigation.
