Jaipur. Election chessboard is now spread which includes 90 urban bodies of 20 districts of Rajasthan.

The BJP as well as the Congress have made all possible moves. But now it is the turn of the people. The public will play the last game as they will decide the fate of 90 bodies on Thursday.

With this move, it will be decided who will smile their way to victory and who will frown with disappointment.

90 bodies will be up for voting on Thursday. 30 lakh voters will exercise their franchise in the elections to be held from 8 am to 5 pm.

The fate of 9930 candidates will be decided in the local body election. All the required arrangements regarding the upcoming elections have been finalized at the administrative level.

At the same time, Congress and BJP are struggling in the political game trying to checkmate the rival.

The Congress and BJP facing each other in the battlefield of politics have different difficulties regarding this election.

Both parties have given full strength to overcome the electoral vortex in the elections. But, which party will get the mandate in the electoral fray and who will be disappointed is to be decided by the 30 lakh voters of 90 bodies.

Let us tell you that in the recent elections of 50 bodies of 12 districts, Congress was able to make chairpersons in 36 bodies. Whereas, only 11 Presidential posts went in BJP ‘s account and independents won on 3 seats.

Challenge to repeat performance lies ahead for Congress

The challenge before the Congress is to repeat the previous electoral result. Also, the credibility of seven ministers and 22 MLAs of the government is also at stake in this election.

The ruling Congress is very excited after the increase of seats in the elections of 50 bodies of 12 districts held earlier.

However, the challenge is to maintain this enthusiasm even this time. State party chief Govind Singh Dotasara, along with his team, is keeping an eye on every political situation by keeping a tab on every pulse of the election nerve.

There is also political pressure for Govind Singh Dotasara to maintain the performance of the previous election.

What makes it more interesting is that there is an election to be held in his own constituency i.e. Laxmangarh municipality.

However, three Congress MLAs, Master Bhanwar Lal from Sujangarh, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat from Vallabhnagar and Rajendra Trivedi from Sahada have passed away.

In these elections, 5 bodies of 3 legislatures, Congress is expected to suffer the loss of the death of MLAs.

At the same time, the state's CM Ashok Gehlot also made a strategy to give the party an opportunity to smile again in this election due to his political experience and the work of the government.

The special thing is that the victory in these elections will depend heavily on 39 office bearers of the organization along with MLAs and State Ministers.

Those who have taken responsibility as observers in these elections along with ticket distribution and they have contributed significantly in the formulation of election strategy.

Struggle to remain two steps ahead of Congress

Talking of the BJP, it is not easy for State President Satish Poonia and his team to give the party sitting in opposition in the state a lead in the civic elections.

In the last civic elections where BJP lost badly, the top leaders of the BJP now are pumping full force to remain two steps ahead of the Congress in this election.

The strategists of the party have been planning every strategy, taking care of every aspect and implementing it on the ground.

Top party leaders are making a lot of claims to win the election. At the same time, to save their winning councillors from moving over to the other side after the elections, they are also busy brainstorming on preventive solutions like isolating them.

Which party will check and mate the other in this game of political chess now depends on the decision of the voters.
