Pune: A young boy from Pune took more than 55,000 photos of different parts of the moon and generated an exceptional image of the moon out of it. Prathamesh Jaju, a 16-year-old amateur astronomer from Pune, has created a distinctive image by gathering 55,000 images of the moon.
An amateur astronomer, who is associated with the Jyotirvidya Sanstha, Pune, took 55,000 images of the moon from the roof of his house between 1:30 am to 5:30 am on May 3rd. He began by clicking small parts of the moon in the first place. Prathamesh accomplished this with the help of the ZWO ASI120MC-S (astronomy photographic camera) planetary imaging telescope camera.

This camera owned by Prathamesh has a feature in which first a video is shot and then he gains 2,000 photos. He made a sum of 38 such videos, 25 videos were about 2000 photos and the rest were about 500 to 700 photos. All this gathered material storage consisting of photos and videos was about 100 GB.
"I created a photo by the amalgamation of all the photos he obtained from the video. After merging all the photos, I edited them in Photoshop. The photo, that was created after that turned out to be an amazing image of the moon." He then posted this stunning picture of the moon on social media and then he was showered with greetings and compliments.

This first photo of the moon, taken from 55,000 images, is a perfect example of a delightful work of art. The photo has gone viral on social media and is being praised by netizens. Speaking about this, Prathamesh Jaju said that "if you enlarge a photo, it becomes pixelated. That is why I used Mosaic Panoramic technology. I shot the videos of specific parts of the moon from which I got 2,000 photos from one video. By adding these photos, I created a unique, amazing photo of the moon and it looks very magnificent."
