Chikkodi (Karnataka): Three people were killed and five more sustained injuries when a truck rammed into a Durga Mata procession in Belgaum district on Wednesday.

The deceased were identified as Sanjaya Rawasaba Patil (40), Sachin Karagowda Patil (35) and two years old boy Hansen Goolappan from Ganeshwadi village in Kolhapur district in Maharashtra.

The injured people were admitted to the Miz private hospital in Maharashtra.

Chikkodi: During the Durga Mata procession there was a huge tragedy. Three people were killed and more than 5 were seriously injured when a lorry rammed into a crowd of people in Belgaum district.

The victims of the road accident were Sanjaya Rawasaba Patil (40), Sachin Karagowda Patil (35) and two years old boy Hansena Goolappan from Ganeshwadi village in Maharashtra. More than 5 people were injured in the disaster.
