Indore: Ever since the coronavirus induced lockdown came into existence, many people lost their job and mode of earning resulting in a higher rate of unemployment across the nation but three youths from Indore have transformed their misery into opportunity by setting an extraordinary example of self-reliance.
After losing their jobs in Management and Engineering field they came up with a new concept of starting a Roof Top Restaurant by modifying a bus into a 20-seater restaurant.

The food vehicle is easily movable thus removing the burden of rented space.
In an exclusive interaction with ETV Bharat, restaurant owner Vedanta Shukla, who is also in property dealing business, informed that they were facing hardship in arranging money to open a food court. With not enough money, they decided to give Madhya Pradesh its first-ever roof top food truck by becoming self-reliant.
"Even after being experienced professionals, we lost our jobs amid pandemic. We were in distress without a job but we decided not to give up and resolved to support ourselves through Prime Minister Narendra Modi's call of self-reliant India," Vedanta Shukla said.
Indore's 'rooftop restaurant' on wheels has become an example to motivate many who are hugely affected by the COVID pandemic.
