Satna: Anil Saket, a young man from Madhya Pradesh who had crossed over to Pakistan unknowingly five years ago, has reached here after being released, official sources said.
Saket, who went missing from a village in Nai Garhi police station area of Rewa district in 2015, was traced in a Lahore jail a year ago, they said.
Back then, his family after searching for him for a few days, filed a missing report with their local police station and the time passed, the family members thought he would never come back and they went on living, losing hope about his return.

Saket's wife was also remarried by her family members, thinking he would not come back.
Last year, the district police got information about the missing young man and it asked the local police station to verify it. It was then that the family was informed that Saket was in Pakistan.
He reached here on Friday and is being sent to his village, they said.
