Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): In a bid to increase students' involvement in studies, in an entertaining and enjoying way, Madhya Pradesh government has introduced a three-day programme for the primary and secondary classes.
Under this initiative, many interesting ways were adopted to enhance childrens' knowledge and inculcate the habit of understanding the subject rather than root learning.
The education department has prepared programmes at three levels.
Programmes like 'Joy Full Learning' and 'skill development' are made for primary and secondary level students, whereas 'Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation' (CCL) programme has been prepared for the students of high school and higher secondary.
To execute these programmes, the department has appointed trainers at the state level. Directorate of Public Education has also prepared about 3000 trainers under CCL from all blocks, who have been trained for about 2 months.
In this training, teachers have been asked to teach children through dance, singing, acting, and sports to make difficult subjects easy.
Sadhana Srivastava, State Resource Person of CCL said that through this program, students will inculcate interest in studies and also the improve the foundation in all subjects.
