Ujjain(Madhya Pradesh): Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal visited the Mahakal temple on Sunday in Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain. The minister, along with his wife, offered prayers to the Lord at the temple. MP Anil Ferozia, MLA and former minister Paras Jain also accompanied the minister. Goyal was warmly welcomed by the temple committee chairman, the Collector and the administrator. Goyal said, "The faith of the whole country is in Baba Mahakal. The faith of the country is for the strong future of India, in such a situation, I pray to Baba to give everyone happiness, peace and prosperity." "Today, once again I got a chance to visit Mahakal. Every time, I come here, I feel really blessed and inspired. I participated in the aarti," he told the reporters.

Union Minister Piyush Goyal is on a visit to Madhya Pradesh. The minister arrived here to join Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan in launching PM Mega Textile Park at Gandhwani in Dhar district. Speaking about the event, Goyal said, "The programme will have modern facilities. Infrastructure will be built and the entire textile sector will have cotton, chinning, spinning and weaving in every factory be it fashion designing or garments, and new opportunities should come to Madhya Pradesh in the textile sector." "Today is an auspicious day for Madhya Pradesh to become a hub of the textile sector and lakhs of people get employment and get opportunities to export," Goyal said.
