Volunteers provide oxygen concentrators in MP

A group of friends from Sagar in Madhya Pradesh is providing free oxygen concentrator machines to Corona patients. This group of friends who have passed the higher secondary examination together in 1992, are living and working in different cities. All of them are now actively helping their native place overcome the Corona crisis.

Sagar: A group of friends from Sagar is providing free oxygen concentrator machines to Corona patients. This group of friends who have passed the higher secondary examination together in 1992, are living and working in different cities. All of them are now actively helping overcome the Corona crisis.

There are 85 members in this group. The group is named "Ko Ka Ke Rav" in the typical Bundelkhandi style. The friends got together and purchased 12 oxygen concentrator machines. As soon as they started providing machines for Corona patients, all twelve of them were taken by the family members of the Corona patients within a single day. This group of friends purchased eight more oxygen concentrators. Currently, the group has 20 oxygen concentrators which are available for free.

The group has set a target of buying 50 oxygen concentrators. The members of the group added that one oxygen concentrator machine cost around Rs 65000 plus 5 per cent GST. They are providing the machines free of cost to Covid patients for 3 days and after that, they will charge Rs 1500 per day.
