Thiruvananthapuram: With just one week to go before the end of the campaign for the Assembly elections, the fronts are trying to secure the final votes in Kerala. National leaders will arrive in Kerala in the coming days. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and AICC General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi will attend various events in Kerala tomorrow.
Modi will arrive in Palakkad tomorrow and will reach Konni and Thiruvananthapuram on April 2. Apart from the Prime Minister, Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP national president J.P. Nadda, UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will also be active in the state this week.
Priyanka Gandhi will arrive in Kerala tomorrow and will attend election campaigns in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam and Thrissur districts for two days. Priyanka will speak at 11 places. Rahul Gandhi is coming to Wayanad and Kozhikode districts on April 3 and 4. Rahul Gandhi has already completed two rounds of the campaign.

CPM general secretary Sitaram Yechury and national leaders Prakash Karat and Brinda Karat are camping in Kerala. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan's campaigning will continue till tomorrow.
Controversies including deep-sea fishing, fake votes, food kits and gold smuggling have been the main campaign topics in the last week. Sabarimala also remains the focal point in the elections.
