The Kerala intelligence ADGP launched a probe into the leakage of a 49-page elaborate report on the security plan made for PM Modi's. Also, they decided to prepare a new security scheme for the PM's Monday visit to Kerala.

Trivandrum: A serious security breach raised concerns ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Kerala on Monday. The security plan prepared by ADGP Intelligence was leaked. The details of the officers in charge of security during the PM's visit were also leaked. It was a 49-page report that contained comprehensive information on VVIP security.

The report was handed over only to the senior police officers of the districts where the Prime Minister is visiting. ADGP Intelligence TK Vinod Kumar has launched an inquiry regarding its leakage. Following this, officials have decided to prepare a new security scheme by making necessary changes. Meanwhile, Kerala police and intelligence agencies have intensified their probe over the assassination threat letter targetting Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The letter which was delivered to the BJP state Committee office contained a message that threatened to carry out a suicide attack during the prime minister's Kerala visit, sources said. Narendra Modi will reach Kerala by 24th April for his two-day visit to attend various public functions. The letter has come in the name of Ernakulam native Joseph John Nadumuttathil.

Police sources say that the letter was received at the BJP State Committee office a week before and they handed over it to the Kerala police chief. Soon the Police and Intelligence agencies started to probe it. But this incident came to light only this morning. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming to Kerala for functions including the flag-off of the Vande Bharat train allocated to Kerala by the Centre.

PM Narendra Modi will arrive at Kochi Naval Airport at 5 pm on the 24th. He is coming from Madhya Pradesh on a special Air Force flight. By half past five he will attend a BJP roadshow. Then he will inaugurate 'Yuvam' a conclave organized by BJP-led youth organizations at Thevara Sacred Heart College ground. Then he will go to Taj Malabar Hotel at 7.45 pm and stay there.

The next day morning, the PM will leave Kochi at 9.25 am to reach Thiruvananthapuram airport at 10.15 am. Then he Flag off the Vande Bharat Express at Central Railway Station by 10.30 am. Following this 20-minute program, the Prime Minister will address a public meeting at the Central Stadium at 11 am. He will inaugurate 4 projects of railways, the foundation stone of Techno City and the inauguration of Kochi Water Metro. Then he will leave for Surat at 12.40 pm.
