Chamarajanagar: Meet Prince, the most photographed tiger in South India, who lived in the beautiful and picturesque surroundings of Bandipur Tiger Reserve and National Park on the Mysore-Ooty highway in Karnataka.

According to several wildlife photographers, Prince was admired for his boldness and his sense of calm when tourists thronged the national park.

Besides, his admirers claim that he maintained his poise as he strolled gently through his territory having a keen eye for the cameras.
Sadly, the tiger passed away in 2017, leaving several of his admirers heartbroken.
But, the Prince fan club is ever-growing, which even includes a dedicated Facebook page and the tiger's name making its foray onto several name boards.

His admirers are of the opinion that a sculpture of the tiger and a dedicated photo gallery featuring him should be made, as he managed to earn huge profit and increased the footfall in the national park.
