Dhanbad: A case of Triple Talaq came into light where a woman filed a case against her husband for divorcing her in the illegal way.

The woman alleged that her in-laws were pressurising her for dowry ever since they got married. They even pushed her from terrace. She sustained injuries and returned to her father's place when her husband gave her divorce.

Intro:स्लग -- शौहर ने बोला तीन तलाक,बीबी पहुची शिकायत लेकर थाना
एंकर -- तीन तलाक कानून बने अभी महीना नही गुजरा है कि धनबाद जिले के बाघमारा में तीन तलाक का मामला सामने आ गया है।मामला बाघमारा के बरोरा थाना अंतर्गत निचितपुर ग्राम का है।अनीसा खातून 19 वर्षीय पीड़िता के शौहर ने तीन तलाक कह शादी के अटूट बंधन को तोड़ने का प्रयास कर डाला है।शौहर के तीन तलाक कहने के बाद बीबी अपने परिजनों के साथ बरोरा थाना पहुच लिखित शिकायत की है।अपने दिए शिकायत में पीड़िता ने बताया है कि उसकी शादी निचितपुर ग्राम के आफताफ से 26 मई 2109 को मुस्लिम रीतिरिवाज के साथ हुआ था।उनदोनो में लगभग दो वर्षों से प्रेम चल रहा था।जिसके बाद दोनों परिवार के सहमति के बाद शादी कर ली।शादी के बाद से ही उसके पति,ससुर,सास,जेठ दहेज को लेकर प्रताड़ित करने लगे।दहेज में दो लाख नगद तथा एक मोटरसाइकिल की मांग किया गया।दहेज नही देने पाने की स्थिति में उसको पिता के घर जाने का दबाव बनाया गया।उसने अपने पिता को सारी बात बताई।पिता द्वारा बहुत समझाया गया लेकिन ससुराल वाले अपने जिद पर अड़े रहे।इसी बीच एक दिन सभी मिलकर छत से धकेल दिया।जिससे वह बहुत गम्भीर घयाल हो गई।उसके बाद वह अपने पिता के घर आ गई।मामला पंचायत में ले गई।पंचायत में सभी विवाद खत्म करने को कहे।दो महीने का समय मांगा गया।लेकिन ससुराल वाले दहेज की मांग पर अड़े रहे।आचनक रविवार को सुबह बीच सड़क में तीन तलाक बोल शादी को खत्म करना चाहा।पीड़िता दोषी पर कारवाई की मांग पुलिस से की है।पुलिस ने त्वरित कारवाई करते हुए आरोपी शौहर को हिरासत में ले लिया गया।Body:वही पीड़िता ने कहा कि दहेज के लिये तीन तलाक कहा गया है।उसके पति के साथ साथ उसके ससुराल वाले बहुत प्रताड़ित किये है।प्रेम के बाद शादी हुई थी।थाना प्रभारी विनोद शर्मा ने कहा कि निचितपुर ग्राम की एक महिला अपने पति के खिलाफ तीन तलाक का मामला दर्ज करवाई है।आरोपी पति को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है।वरीय अधिकारियों से इस मामले में निर्देश लिया जा रहा है।
(सोमवार को तीन तलाक कानून बना,सोमवार को तीन तलाक मामला पहुचा थाना) संयोग की बात है कि तीन तलाक को अवैध घोषित करते हुए कानून सोमवार को बना।वही तीन तलाक अवैध का मामला थाना सोमवार को ही पहुचा है।
