New Delhi: A woman undergoing treatment at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) for cancer is living on the footpath and in the subway in front of the hospital.
Barkhat Anjum, a cancer patient along with her mother-in-law Sayada is staying in the subway of AIIMS hospital.
Anjum alleged that Ranbasera - the night shelter facility in Delhi - is not providing them with accommodation facilities.
"We have visited multiple times to Ranbasera but they refuse to provide us accommodation every time," said Sayada.
They are residents of Bijnor in Uttar Pradesh and are visiting Delhi from last two years for the treatment.
