A man booked for allegedly raping a 6-year-old boy in Chhattisgarh's Jashpur district. A case under section 377, POSCO act has been registered and an investigation into the matter is on.

Jashpur (Chattisgarh): Police have registered a case under Section 377 POSCO Act against a man for allegedly raping a six-year-old boy near Pathalgaon police station area in Jashpur district.

According to the police, the accused identified as Firu Ram resident of Kolodhori village lured the minor playing in the neighbourhood and took him to a nearby place where he forcibly raped him.

Speaking to the Media, District police in charge Santlal Ayam said, "We have taken the victim's father statement and have accordingly arrested the accused. Appropriate action will be taken against the accused."

Intro:जशपुर 6 साल के मासूम बच्चे के साथ अप्राकृतिक दुष्कर्म करने के मामले में पुलिस ने आरोपी फिरूराम को धारा 377 पास्को एक्ट के तहत गिरफ्तार कर न्यायीक रिमांड ओर जैल भेज दिया है।

Body:दरअसल पूरा मामला जिले के पत्थलगांव थाना क्षेत्र का है जहाँ मामले की जानकारी देते हुए पत्थलगांव थाना प्रभारी संतलाल आयाम ने बताया कि ग्राम कोलढोढ़ी का रहने वाला आरोपी फिरूराम ने पड़ोस में खेल रहे 6 साल के एक बच्चे को बहला फुसला कर बगल के बाड़ी में ले गया था जहाँ उसके साथ आरोपी ने जबरन अप्राकृतिक दुष्कर्म किया था,

Conclusion:मामले में पुलिस ने पीड़ित बच्चे के पिता की शिकायत पर आरोपी फिरू राम कहे खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर आरोपी फिरूराम को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया है।
