Samastipur: In a shocking incident, two persons were killed and at least 5 people were injured after they were shot by unknown miscreants in Bihar's Samastipur on Saturday night.
The deceased include a 60-year-old woman and an 8-year-old child.
Miscreants shot dead two and injure five in Samastipur
As per the information, as many as 10 armed miscreants barged into the house of Sumit Kumar, a tea seller, and fired indiscriminately killing two at the spot.
The injured persons, including three women, were taken to the sub-divisional hospital for the treatment.
The reason for the incident has not been ascertained yet as the police are investigating the matter, said sources.
