Naidu lays foundation stone for Rs 8,000 crore worth projects

Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday laid the foundation-stone for 30 projects worth Rs 8,000 crore in the state's upcoming capital city Amaravati. He also launched the Amaravati Smart Citizen Card that enables citizens to avail of government services seamlessly without visiting any office.

Elsewhere, the Chief Minister laid the foundation for construction of a barrage on river Krishna at Vykunthapuram village that will ensure storage of 10 tmc ft of water to meet
