New Delhi: After the Indian players were cut off from their familiar moorings due to coronavirus-induced lockdown, sports activity is gradually coming back on track in the national capital at Chhatrasal Stadium.
In an exclusive interview with ETV Bharat, various athletes, including London Olympics silver medallist Sushil Kumar talked about how they kept themselves fit during the period.
For Sushil Kumar, he trained at home to keep himself fit and focussed on strengthening his immunity. Kumar, 37, also included yoga in his fitness regime.
Ravi Kumar Dahiya, the 57 kg freestyle wrestler, who is set to feature in Tokyo Olympics, followed his coach's manual during the lockdown. Dahiya laid emphasis on his diet to up his immunity.
