Hyderabad: Very often we see sportspersons give their coaches and mentors all the credit of their success. It's a very special kind of bond that they share. On the special occasion of Teacher's Day, Indian sports players are paying tribute to their teachers (coaches) via social media.
India's captain Virat Kohli wrote an emotional tweet for all his teacher and called them a constant pillar of support.
Happy Teacher's day to all the teachers and coaches who encourage us and stand by us by being our constant pillar of support. #HappyTeachersDay," the Indian skipper tweeted.
India's star sprinter Dutee Chand posted a video in tribute to her teachers.

In India Teachers' Day is celebrated across the country on September 5 every year -- the birth anniversary of Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan who served as country's first vice-president and second president.
Double Olympic medalist Sushil Kumar also posted a photo with his Guru.
India's batting icon Sachin Tendulkar posted photos with his father, his coach and his brother on the occasion of Teacher's Day.
India's vice-captain in red-ball cricket Ajinkya Rahane thanked his game, teammates and coaches.
Shikhar Dhawan thanked his childhood coach Madal Sharma for guiding him and helping him get where he is today.
"Everyday I have the quest to learn a little more from my mentors my game, my teammates, my coaches, my family and everyone around. #HappyTeachersDay to everyone who has ever taught me anything. Here's to letting the urge to learn, never die," Rahane tweeted.
Destructive opening batsman Shikhar Dhawan also tweeted about his childhood coach.
"On #TeachersDay, I'd like to thank and appreciate my childhood coach Madan Sharma ji for guiding me and helping me get to where I am today," Dhawan wrote.
