Jaipur: Rajasthan Cricket Association's president Vaibhav Gahlot has declared that association will start construction of its new cricket stadium which will be country's third-biggest. The decision was taken in Friday's meeting. Gahlot also told that regarding the same a team of architects from Indore visited Jaipur on Friday. The team also discussed the stadium with CP Joshi.
Vaibhav Gehlot also said that RCA will get the international level stadium built and in today's meeting, it has also been decided that RCA will get its social media account and a new website ready.
In the executive meeting of Rajasthan Cricket Association, it was also decided that RCA will appoint new coaches soon for the conduct of cricket and the process will be started soon. RCA Secretary Mahendra Sharma, Treasurer KK Nimawat, Joint Secretary Mahendra Nahar and Vice President Amin Pathan was present in this meeting held today.
Motera stadium, also known as Sardar Patel stadium is now the world's largest cricket stadium and the second-largest sports stadium. Situated on the outskirts of Ahmedabad, Motera stadium has a seating capacity of 1.10 lakh spectators.
