Sonakshi Sinha urges fans to be 'water hero' by donating Rs 1000

Sonakshi Sinha recently asked fans to donate Rs 1000 that could return 5 lakh litres of water in the villages of Maharastra. The actress shared a post on Twitter urging people to help fight against drought by paying a contribution of Rs 1000 towards water conservation.

Mumbai: Bollywood star Sonakshi Sinha is not only known for her acting but also for raising voice on various topical issues. The actress recently came forward to fight against drought urging fans to take a step towards water retention.

Sonakshi took to her official Twitter handle urging her fans to donate Rs 1000 to conserve water while stating how the sum could return 5 lakh litres of water in the villages of Maharashtra.
