Mumbai: Rajkummar Rao's images from Anurag Basu's upcoming directorial venture Ludo is creating ripples on social media.
The actor, who is busy creating moments in Switzerland with his girlfriend Patralekha, shared two images from Ludo. While Rajkummar's intention was apparently to send warm wish to his fans, the first image he chose to put out rather bewildered few of his Instagram followers.
"Happy new year guys. #LUDO 🙏❤️@anuragbasuofficial @bhushankumar @tseries.official," wrote Rajkummar alongside the images which set the comment section abuzz where fans compared his with Alia Bhatt and Kriti Sanon.
"I thought it is Alia," a user wrote while another commented: "looking like @kritisanon in 1st one."

Few also dropped compliments for pulling off the look and wrote, "Best drag ever!!! Happy New year Rajkumar!"
Ludo helmed by Anurag Basu will star Abhishek Bachchan, Rajkummar Rao, Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Sheikh, along with Aditya Roy Kapur, Pankaj Tripathi, Rohit Saraf and Asha Negi.
Basu's last big screen outing was the 2017 film Jagga Jasoos starring Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif. The film tanked at the box-office.
Ludo is slated for an April 24 release.
Before Ludo hits the screens, Rajkummar will be seen in Hansal Mehta's Chhalaang on January 31. The film marks his sixth collaboration with Hansal after Shahid, CityLights, Aligarh, and Omerta, besides the web series Bose: Dead/Alive.
