Hyderabad: In a shocking development, Bollywood heartthrob Kartik Aaryan and filmmaker Karan Johar's association is apparently to be falling apart, which translates into the actor losing out on multiple projects.
According to the latest buzz in the industry, Kartik is being ousted from Dostana 2 for which he had already shot with Janvhi Kapoor. Film's director Collin D'Cunha is reportedly upset with the actor's unreasonable behaviour and has decided to replace Kartik in the film.

If reports are to be believed, not only Dostana 2, Kartik's unprofessional behaviour has got him barred from the future projects which he was likely to headline for KJo's Dharma Productions. The makers had to take the extreme step as Kartik was not providing his dates to complete the shooting of the film. It's also said that he seemed to have developed issues with the screenplay for the second half of the film.

KJo, who shared a warm bond with Kartik, has apparently decided not to work with him on another project belonging to any of his companies in the future. Another reason which led to Kartik's exit from Dostana 2 is Janhvi losing a film because he backed off from a freshly planned schedule. Reports suggest that Janhvi had to let go of an interesting project as she had already allotted dates for Dostana 2 but Kartik canceled the shooting in the nick of time.

What contributed more to already troubled makers is Janhvi and Kartik's alleged romance off the screen. The duo also went for a holiday to Goa with Janhvi’s younger sister Khushi earlier this year after which things went rough between the two. This is also said to be one of the reasons why the makers could not manage to get dates from Kartik for the shoot.
Dostana 2 aside, Kartik was in talks for two other projects bankrolled by Karan.
