Ishaan, Ananya's Khaali Peeli garners massive dislikes

The makers of Ishaan Khatter and Ananya Panday starrer Khaali Peeli have released an action-packed teaser of the film on Monday. However, like Sadak 2, the netizens have shown a colossal amount of dislikes for the video.

Mumbai: The much-awaited teaser of Ishaan Khatter and Ananya Panday starrer Khaali Peeli has dropped in on Monday.

Within a few moments of the teaser release, the audiences have shown massive disappointment with the video, so much that the number of dislikes has surpassed the number of likes on the video.

Currently, the video has garnered 20k likes and over 116k dislikes.

A major section of the netizens has flooded the social media with posts opposing the teaser.

Earlier, the trailer and the poster release of Mahesh Bhatt's Sadak 2 met the same fate as netizens showered immense hatred and continued to troll the makers.

Speaking about the teaser of Khaali Peeli, the 1 minute 19 seconds long video follows Khatter running away with Panday in a taxi with a bag of cash and some jewellery after creating a ruckus.

Helmed by debutant director Maqbool Khan and backed by filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar, Himanshu Mehra and Zee Studios, the film also stars Paatal Lok actor Jaideep Ahlawat.

Khaali Peeli went on the floors in September last year and was scheduled for a June 12 release but was delayed due to the shuttering of film theatres. The new release date of the film has not yet been announced.
