Hyderabad: Bollywood actor Rhea Chakraborty put out a throwback picture on her Instagram handle to extend Father's Day wish. The actor, who has had a tumultuous 2020 following the mysterious death of her then actor boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput, has apologised to her father for 'tough times'.
On Sunday morning, Rhea took to Instagram to share a picture from her family album to wish her dad on Father's Day. The childhood picture is apparently from Holi celebrations as the faces of the father-daughter duo are seen smeared with colours. Sharing the picture, Rhea wrote a heartfelt note for her father Indrajit Chakraborty who is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the Army. Calling herself 'your little girl' and 'Fauji ki beti', Rhea has also apologised to her father for tough times.

The 'tough times' that Rhea is talking about is apparently about the media trials and the grilling by three prime enforcement agencies that she, her father and brother Showik Chakraborty had to go through following the untimely demise of Sushant on June 14 last year. Rhea was arrested last year and spent a month in Mumbai's Byculla jail in September last year in a drug-related charge.
Meanwhile, the actor is part of the film Chehre starring actors Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi. The film will be her first outing after Sushant's death.
