Hyderabad: Late actor Rishi Kapoor was vocal about him having a screwed-up relationship with his son Ranbir Kapoor. To keep an eye on what his son is up to, Rishi used to follow a gossip website.

Rishi in a throwback interview admitted that he’d probably irreparably hurt his relationship with Ranbir who grew close to his mother Neetu Kapoor. There was a time when the veteran emotionally admitted to having screwed up his equation with his son thus when Abhishek Bachchan revealed that Rishi used to follow a gossip website to keep a track of Ranbir's activities it did not come as surprise.

Abhishek, who has worked with Rishi in films like Delhi 6 and All Is Well, revealed an interesting detail about the father-son duo. "We were shooting in Shimla, and in the morning, I went to his (Rishi's) room because I used to sit and have coffee with him in the morning. I walked into the room, and he was in his lungi. He had these small glasses, and he was on his computer. I found that very cute from behind, this visual," said Bachchan in the latest interview.
When Abhishek asked what he was doing, Rishi introduced Jr. Bachchan to a celebrity gossip website and said, "the only way I can tell what Ranbir is doing".

Rishi in multiple interviews had admitted that he regretted not being friends with his only son. Ranbir too has publically said that growing up he was 'petrified' of his father.
