WATCH: Glacial burst sweeps workers on NTPC dam

Following the Uttarakhand Glacial burst tragedy, ETV Bharat has accessed a video in which workers working above the NTPC dam in Tapovan near Joshimath were swept away by the floodwater. When the deluge swept over these unfortunate people did not get a chance to save their lives.
