WATCH: Man thrashed by cop over traffic violations

A man in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad was thrashed repeatedly in broad daylight by a traffic cop. It is alleged that the man had violated traffic rules. The man refused to pay the fine which enraged the cop and led to the thrashing. A video of the incident went viral over social media.
