Scientists making plant based protein more palatable

With vegan and vegetarians meals growing in popularity, the plant-based protein industry is more in demand than ever. And that particular market could very soon become even more the flavour of the month with new research by the University of Queensland working on making plant-based food enjoyable even by meat lovers.
