Patna Police use water cannon, batton charge to disperse protestors

Police lathi-charged and fired water cannons and tear gas shells after thousands of students and youths took out an 'Assembly march' from Patna's Gandhi Maidan under the aegis of All India Students Association (AISA) and Revolutionary Youth Assembly (RYA) to demand 19 lakh jobs. A large number of students, including SSC candidates, TET candidates, joined the Assembly march. CPI (ML) MLAs Ajit Kushwaha, Sandeep Saurabh, Manoj Manzil, Gopal Ravidas were also present.
