Assam flood: Tree uprooted as river Brahmaputra crosses danger mark

A video of a tree being uprooted after river Brahmaputra crossed the danger mark on Saturday is going viral on the internet. Huge discharge of water from the river has engulfed multiple villages in Dibrugarh. In order to increase the height of Ring dam, locals placed sand bags to stop the heavy flow of water. Chances of flood in Dibrugarh have also increased
