'Jai Amaravati' slogans reverberate at Andhra Pradesh wedding

With the Andhra Pradesh government proposing to have three capitals, the state saw widespread protests against the move, calling for Amaravati to be retained as the sole capital. A couple, however, found a novel way to protest against the government's decision, as they used their wedding as a platform. At the wedding ceremony in Pedaparimi Village in Guntur district, the bride, groom, and all their relatives were seen raising 'Jai Amaravati' slogans. They also held up pro-Amaravati placards.
