Controversial Shia leader Rizvi's cemetery plot desecrated

A plot at a Muslim cemetery in Uttar Pradesh owned by Waseem Rizvi, the former head of the Shia Waqf board, was found disturbed and a video of it was circulated on social media. It appears to be in retaliation for Rizvi's controversial petition in the Supreme Court seeking the removal of 26 verses from the Quran. According to Rizvi, the verses incite violence and were added to the holy book in the period of the first three Caliphs.
