ETV Bharat talks to Padma Shri awardee Kapil Tiwari

While speaking to ETV Bharat, Padma Shri awardee Kapil Tiwari shares his fondness and respect for folk art and culture. Born in Madhya Pradesh's Sagar, Dr Tiwari, 68-year-old, has edited 39 books related to folk culture. He has been the Director of Madhya Pradesh Adivasi Lok Kala Academy and is currently an advisory member of Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts and a member of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations.
