Child falls into sump in Bengaluru; captured on CCTV

Bengaluru (Karnataka): A child, whose parents seemed to have visited an eatery, fell into a nearby sump that was kept open for filling water from a tanker. The incident, that took place in Electronic City Phase II on Monday, was captured on CCTV and has now gone viral on social media. The child remained in the sump for 1.06 minutes post which the father, who learnt about the incident, got into the sump and took the kid out. The child's condition is stable, it is learnt.
