2020 IPL: Exclusive TV umpire to monitor no-balls

Mumbai: In a first, the IPL is planning to have an exclusive TV umpire who will monitor no-balls in the upcoming edition of the IPL. As per reports, it is understood that this extra match official will be separate from the third and fourth umpires and will solely use technology to help on-field officials monitor no-balls.
