The Dagger Division of the Indian Army organised a cultural event Umeed Ki Sehar to promote the talent of youth. The event was organised at the border area of Uri in Baramulla district of North Kashmir. B-town celebs Vicky Kaushal and Sonal Chauhan were also in attendance. Many participants gave breath-taking performances at the festival. Scores of people mesmerised with cultural performances. Vicky Kaushal also joined them during the performance. He also raised 'How's the Josh' war-cry during the event. Bollywood stars lauded Indian Army's efforts to bridge the gap between Jawan aur Awaam.
