First UK trucks after end of Brexit transition arrive

The first trucks from Dover to deal with new EU regulations after the end of the UK's Brexit transition period arrived via ferry in Calais on Friday. It was also the first day Britons woke up to a New Year and in a country completely outside the influence of the European Union.
