Oxygen shortage casualties not our responsibility, says hospital

Noida (Uttar Pradesh): Vinayak Hospital, a non-covid hospital in the city, has about 50 patients who are undergoing treatment and over 30 patients who are in a critical stage and on oxygen support. With just 1 to 1.5 hours of oxygen left in the hospital, Nilesh Kumar, the Medical Superintendent has made it clear that he will not take responsibility for casualties that arises due to oxygen shortage. He said that though the district administration and health department have been informed about the situation, he hasn't received any assurance from them.
