Watch: Man does push-ups on moving Delhi police car

In a Tik Tok video that went viral on social media, a shirtless man was seen performing dangerous stunts on a moving Delhi police car. According to the police, the vehicle belonged to a private contractor which was hired by the police for certain duties. The police also said that the clip appeared to be of an older date.
