Watch: Drone captures Maoists herding villagers to dig up a newly-built road

Disturbing drone footage has emerged from Chhattisgarh-Odisha border. The video shows hundreds of villagers being herded by Maoists through dense jungles to dig up a newly-built road. Bastar police said it was a drone video, shot on September 8. Security forces intercepted the Maoists after villagers were safely home, and one ultra was killed in the ensuing gunfight.
