Govt, Oppn at loggerheads over Disha Ravi's arrest

The opposition and the BJP-led government at the Centre are at loggerheads following the arrest of 21-year-old climate activist Disha Ravi for her alleged involvement in sharing the 'toolkit' related to the farmers' protests. While Defence Minister Rajnath Singh lauded the Delhi Police, RJD MP Manoj Jha warned the Centre that its efforts to create an authoritarian police state will be met with nationwide resistance.
