Malda (West Bengal): Three Bangladeshi cattle smugglers were arrested by the BSF's 78th Batallion in the Shobhapur area of Baishnabnagar on Sunday.
The smugglers were identified as Mohammad Farooq Hossain (25), Mohammad Babu Hossain (24), and Taslima Ali (22).
According to information, Faruk is a resident of Rajshahi in Kuthiya while Babu and Taslima are from Ghugudanga and Shibganj in Chapainawabganj.
After the interrogation, it has been found that the smugglers get Rs 6000 for each cow being on smuggled.
Malda district court has ordered five days police custody.
