Kolkata (West Bengal): Political tussle in West Bengal turned into a serious issue with the increasing number of political murders across the state.
For instance, a CCTV footage revealed how BJP leader Manish Shukla was allegedly killed by two persons in West Bengal's North 24 Parganas.

Shukla was shot at around 19 rounds on Sunday by two bike-borne assailants near Titagarh Police station in Barrackpore subdivision.
Shukla who was charged with several murders and attempt to murder cases, used to carry a licensed gun with him.
Shukla joined politics and started as a CPI(M) leader but later, switched to BJP and created his image as a pronounced BJP party worker.
Meanwhile, the West Bengal Crime Inspection Department (CID) has arrested two persons on Monday night from their residences in the district.
"We have arrested two persons in connection with the case. There are more people involved in the killing. The probe is on," the CID official said.
West Bengal's political cauldron was on the boil on Monday over the killing of the BJP leader as the party had enforced a 12-hour bandh in Barrackpore to protest the murder and attempted to take the body to Raj Bhavan.
