Mamata Banerjee's book 'India in distress' was launched in Delhi on the occasion of International women's day. Advocate Indira Jaising, author Nilanjana Roy and Journalist Nidhi Razdan were the chief guests on the occasion.

"The opposition has worked this out that the government is trying to equate the armed forces with government and the BJP and we have exposed them on this," he added.

He also said that because of a united opposition, Modi government is now on defensive mode.

Renowned advocate Indira Jaising, author Nilanjana Roy and Journalist Nidhi Razdan were the chief guests on the occasion who read some extracts from the book and also answered to the questions on current issues prevailing in the country.
