The video of Janavi painting on milk cream layers has been captured by many people and has gone viral.

During the lockdown days, the colleges and educational institutes have been closed and due to physical distancing norms, she was not even able to meet her peer group of friends. Janvi wanted to do something productive during these leisure days and concentrated on painting.

Speaking to ETV Bharat, Janvi said, "I am pursuing my first year in Arts in the Balurghat college. I love drawing and since childhood, I have been interested in artistic things. My parents would also support me a lot and would encourage me in painting and drawing. I was spending my time withdrawing during the lockdown. I want to learn painting in the future. Besides, I want to draw different and new ways of painting."

"One day during the drawing practice, my mother gave me milk as usual. But I forgot to drink that milk. Then I thought of painting on milk cream. With a paintbrush, I started painting on cream. After some attempts, I was able to draw a picture of a freedom fighter on the layer of cream. Then I took seven bowls of milk and painted eight freedom fighters on it," she said.

"I am so happy that I have created a record. Even for this record, my parents were the ones who supported me," she added.

In her first attempt, she was successful in painting on a layer of cream. After these successful paintings, Janvi registered her name in India Book of Records.
