Roorkee(Uttarakhand): Six people were injured after an LPG cylinder exploded in a house in Roorkees's Sisona Village on Thursday morning.
All the injured were admitted to the civil hospital and later referred to the Higher Centre.
According to the sources, the incident happened when the family were busy cooking food in their house in Sisona village of Bhagwanpur this morning.
As soon as the fire broke out, all the family members tried to escape from the house, but the door could not open. The cylinder exploded with a loud bang shortly. Due to which the roof of the house also blew up.
The injured people were immediately taken to a civil hospital for medical attention. But they were referred to the Higher centre as their condition worsened.
